As the Senior Coordinator of Web and Content for Brand USA, I managed the quality, performance, and optimization of content on VisitTheUSA.com and its 16 in-market sites to improve visitor experience and partner satisfaction. I also facilitated the implementation of unique layouts and functionality, and ensured the sites and features align with Brand USA’s strategic vision. United Stories is a roving content creation lab, in partnership with Beautiful Destinations, that will tour the country in search of unique stories from local perspectives. A variety of accomplished storytellers will take part in the journey, capturing the individual narratives that form the chapters of America’s diverse story.
